4K have been learning about the basic elements in art. Some of the elements we have looked at include line, shape, value and complementary colours. In class to help develop our understanding of these elements we have created a geometric artwork of our names using lines to create three triangles followed by using lines again to create block letters spelling out our names. To finish we used oil pastels in complementary colours to make our artwork really pop!
